Office Hours
Our standard office hours are based on Indochina Time (ICT).
Monday – Friday
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (ICT, UTC+7)
The office is closed on weekends and official public holidays unless otherwise announced.
Technical Support Availability
Technical support services are available during regular office hours for assistance with:
Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Student and faculty accounts
Classroom technology
Educational software and platforms
General IT and digital learning support

Digital learning resources and online library systems are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
